Today I read that if we had to throw all our problems into a heap and pick out some more we would all be scrambling to get our own problems back. Life isn’t as bad as you think it is! Sometimes its just good to have that reminder.

Practice for today: If there is an aspect of your life that isn’t working or you are not happy about, change it. If the event or person or thing is unchangeable, change your attitude towards it/them.
